QMSoutsource is a Maintenance Management / Safety (lock out tag out, confined space, hot work ) tool based on the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) requirements for ISO 9000 and is PDCA Driven. The intent is to drive towards reliability of plant and equipment, based on its analysis features. The safety component is integrated into the work order system, for use when applicable and therefore not a separate mode, and meets OSHA requirements for these areas, The means to record accidents and analyze is also a feature of the host program.The Host program operates from a server and is supported by handhelds and bar codes.The program can be operated / sold only as a Safety Program if required. The planned maintenance is downloaded on to handhelds, when has two program 1. PMs Condition Monitoring 2 Work order with safety.
