Simply Accounting by Sage Pro offers modules for
companies with more involved accounting requirements. Over 400,000 users work
with this generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)-compatible software. Up to six users
may simultaneously access the system, which features a multicurrency
option. Reports are data-sensitive, and may be generated using Crystal Reports
as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. Multiple price lists, accounting by
department, and one hundred years of data storage are additional options. The
user interface is customizable, as are the accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable, inventory, and cash management tools.
