PDS brings you Vista, a browser-based HRMS whose core components are HR,
benefits, payroll, applicants, self-service, workflow and EasyAsk. Also included
is the e-assistant, which is a server-side component providing an array of
services, including task scheduling, system account and e-mail directory
management and workflow processing. Add-on components include COBRA billing,
third-party checks, FSA claims, and CTS tax filing.
Vista is a
browser-based suite of HR, payroll, benefits and self service components that
helps customers manage and deploy data across their enterprise. It includes
workflow capabilities and combines both position and employee management.
Vista’s intelligent cross-border capabilities
manage both US and Canadian employees in a single database. In addition to
in-house deployment, PDS provides hosting/managed services, including check, W-2
and T-4 printing, and tax filing. PDS supports both Microsoft SQLServer and
Oracle databases.
Vista 3.0 uses the .NET
framework.
