Established in 1985, Equity Consultants Inc. (ECI) is a privately-held company headquartered in Glenwood, Iowa, just twenty miles southeast of the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area. It is a provider of financial analysis and decision software with over 6,500 users in over 1,500 lending institutions throughout the US and Canada. In 1986, it developed Farm Equity Manager, a software program designed for the US government's guaranteed farm loan approval process, and in 1991 the software was marketed directly to lenders. |

Equity Manager®, a single browser-based loan origination, analysis, decisioning, and
performance solution for small business, agricultural, and consumer grantors of
credit. Web Equity Manager provides a single, accessible backbone of
information. Its features include standard and customizable chart of accounts
and ratios and reports. Creditor (competition) information, NAICS
codes with production costs, credit scoring and risk rating models, unlimited
balance sheets, e-signature functionality, multi-entry consolidation, and
analysis features are also standard features.
